Scope of Works

Our client renovated an old office space in Norfolk. They required a full heating and cooling air conditioning system that could be controlled individually in every room so the tenants could adjust the room temperature to their individual preference and also a system that could be centrally controlled to ensure tenants did not leave the system on out of working hours and therefore keeping running costs as low as possible. MAAC designed and installed the system and also carries out the annual maintenance making sure the system is in good working order year upon year.

Work Carried Out:

• New installation of a Midea heating and cooling heat recovery air conditioning system
• A total of 27 Indoor air conditioning units installed
