Scope of Works

Our client was looking for a reputable company to provide a high-quality heating and hot water solution for their 3-bed new build property.

Work Carried Out:

MAAC designed, installed and commissioned 1 x 11.2kw Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump at the new build property, that includes the following work:

• Installation of Mitsubishi Electric Pre-plumbed 210 litre unvented hot water cylinder

• Worked alongside our client’s plumber who completed the majority of installation with MAAC’s support

• The system is controlled via an FTC5 control panel which is installed with the hot water cylinder allowing full control of the air source heat pump and all its features including 7-day timing. A Mitsubishi Electric wireless thermostat was installed and connected to the system giving overall temperature control of the radiators on the first floor
