Having decided on having air conditioning in our conservatory we made enquiries and Tom was the only one who was willing to give a quote on site, he was knowledgeable and straight with the facts.

When it came to the day of the installation the guys turned up on time and were very polite and courteous. The installation of our two Fujitsu air conditioning systems were installed to a very high standard, everything very neat and tidy and all cleaned up as they went along.

We have now had them installed for a couple of months and already reaping benefits of a cooler conservatory, we look forward to a warmer room for winter use which we have not had before.

When I was looking for a company to install air conditioning into our temporary offices I went out to the market place to obtain a minimum of three quotations.

As our offices were only temporary great emphasis was made so that the equipment was to be suitable for our long term development of our new offices and the design should be considered with the immediate use and proposed drawings for long term.

After sending out six enquiries to tender for our work MAAC Air Conditioning were one of two who made the effort to visit site and discuss and understand immediate and our long term requirements.

Once we received their quotation I found it easy to follow with all the supporting technical information about the equipment they were proposing to use. We appointed MAAC Air Conditioning as our preferred contractor and we found them very obliging to accommodate our needs. They carried out their work in a professional manner and their installation was to a very good standard. They were prepared to work the necessary long days and weekends as required to meet our difficult short programme as we had a deadline date when the offices needed to be completed.

We have signed up to a service agreement with them and when visiting the office they have carried out their work in a friendly and professional manner leaving us very satisfied and would happily recommend them for any one considering the installation of air conditioning.

We bought our air conditioning unit from MAAC by referral. I am glad we did. We have a double garage conversion being HEATED by just one device - the air conditioning is just a bonus. The room is always beautifully warm; the unit is left on 24 hrs set at a lower temp, increasing when we use the room. Power consumption does not appear to be excessive as it turns on and off, activated by the room thermostat. Great idea from a professional company. Installed by knowledgeable engineers.
