When I was looking for a company to install air conditioning into our temporary offices I went out to the market place to obtain a minimum of three quotations. As our offices were only temporary great emphasis was made so that the equipment was to be suitable for our long term development of our new offices and the design should be considered with the immediate use and proposed drawings for long term. After sending out six enquiries to tender for our work MAAC Heating & Cooling were one of two who made the effort to visit site and discuss and understand immediate and our long term requirements. Once we received their quotation I found it easy to follow with all the supporting technical information about the equipment they were proposing to use. We appointed MAAC Heating & Cooling as our preferred contractor and we found them very obliging to accommodate our needs. They carried out their work in a professional manner and their installation was to a very good standard. They were prepared to work the necessary long days and weekends as required to meet our difficult short programme as we had a deadline date when the offices needed to be completed. We have signed up to a service agreement with them and when visiting the office they have carried out their work in a friendly and professional manner leaving us very satisfied and would happily recommend them for any one considering the installation of air conditioning.

We can highly recommend other private households to use this local small company given its professional, reliable, kind and efficient service. In the summer of 2012, we needed an air conditioner put in our bedroom. Tom came in person himself the day after we phoned him to advice which type would suit the room given the need for low sound so we can sleep while having it on, the size of the room etc. He also within a day wrote us all information we needed in order to get permission to the installation from the City Council (we live in a Leasehold). 10 days after the permission was given from the Council. They are fine service too. Few days after, Tom and his team came and worked very hard for a full working day to put up the air conditioner and did a fantastic job. These things are bigger and harder to handle than we ever thought and we are very impressed with the expertise by which these men installed the whole thing with perfection. They were making sure not to disturb more than the job by its character with lots of drilling etc. of course does. They also provided an electrician themselves to do the electrical parts of the job in the afternoon and worked together as a professional team all the way through. Everybody also cleaned up afterwards. Before departure, we got clear instruction in how to use this amazing air conditioner easy and efficiently and were informed also regarding annual service checks that will be provided for a very low fee. Invoices where also send according to agreements. Tom knows what he talks about when it comes to air conditioners. He has a professional position and his company works efficiently. E-mails being answered straight away and things explained for amateurs like us so we could follow. We like to support local small businesses and will especially advice private households that need a personal contact through the installation of an air conditioner to choose MAAC.

We are very pleased with the performance of the system and although it has not yet been cold enough to fully test the system we can report it has made the ambience in our garden room much more pleasant and we are certainly able to use the room over longer periods than before. In particular we no longer have warm heads and cold feet as we experienced with the former electrical convector heating. We were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of your installation work which was carried out with little or no disruption to our lives. The final installation is very neat and unobtrusive on the inside of the property, whilst the outside unit is relatively large; you were able to locate it so that it is tucked away out of line of sight from our picture windows. The external pipework and drainage hoses were very neatly and tidily installed.

MAAC sent out a couple of great fitters - polite, efficient and meticulous in cleaning up after the work was done. I was working from home in the kitchen, to give them free run to work as required. I hardly knew they were there (bar the occasional drilling noises). I kept them topped up with tea and coffee and they finished earlier than I had expected. I was given a thorough tour of the work done, a large instruction book, plus a quick guide and they were on their way. I would be more than happy to recommend MAAC to anyone.

A hugely significant upgrade of our old space heating as we converted from gas-fired warm air unit to heat pumps in our village hall was specified and installed by MAAC Heating and Cooling with professionalism right from the outset. Commissioning of the Midea split system has now taken place and all objectives have been achieved, following a very adaptable approach by Dan, MAAC's engineer, who carefully integrated the new equipment and its associated ducting with the existing layout. The result now offers ample heating and cooling capacity and a very good spread of the ducted air across all of our large main hall area.
The whole system has been installed very securely and neatly. Great care has been taken to seal and insulate all of the equipment, which has further supported our need to maximise heating efficiency.
The new system provides comprehensive remote monitoring and control, as well as onsite adjustability. The system handover was very thorough and also contributed to a successful move onto our first big step towards a decarbonised future.

We had a concern about the cover over the electric socket outside. We were sent an engineer the following morning. He was quick to explain and demonstrate how the cover closes, putting our minds at rest. We have an air conditioning unit supplied by MAAC 6 years ago and they have serviced it ever since. One of our best ever purchases. The engineers who come are always punctual, professional and polite and the company is easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company without reservation.
